The Three Notch’d Construction team is lead by Robert Bingler, master builder, who has been building beautiful buildings for over 30 years. We currently partner with Geobarns of Vermont. Geobarns utilizes a modified post and beam building method with diagonal framing. We are the primary builders of Geobarns in Virginia. Robert Bingler's first Geobarn experience was in building Pippin Hill Farms where he worked hand in hand with Geobarns owner and founder, George Abetti. Geobarns can be almost any structure, from small cottages, workshops, garages, or barns to churches, wedding/event venues, and the full size range of custom homes.
Though we love to build Geobarns, we also do other post and beam structures and standard building techniques. We love both Modern Styles, Craftsman Style, and everything in between.
Everything we build is custom, and we strive for the highest level of quality while remaining cost effective.

Three Notch'd Construction LLC is a fully insured Class A building contractor out of Crozet Virginia. We build primarily in the Charlottesville area however we have projects in Richmond and in South Boston Virginia. We can build anywhere in Virginia. If you have a project outside of Virginia please contact us for further information and we may be able to build in your state as well. Also, our partner company, Geobarns, builds throughout the United States and in some parts of Europe.
